1. Eligibility: The MetroNational Survey Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of MetroNational, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
2. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by MetroNational, located at 945 Bunker Hill, Suite 400, Houston, Texas 77024 (“Sponsor”).
3. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
4. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on June 4 and ends on July 10, 2024 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter: No purchase or survey submission is necessary to enter or win. There are two ways to enter:
a. Survey Participation: Complete the MetroNational Survey hosted on Zoho. Participants can earn up to three entries based on the number of sections completed within the survey. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the entry form to be eligible. Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries may be considered void at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
b. Mail-In Entry: To enter via postal mail, hand-print your full name, street address, city, state, zip code, day and evening telephone numbers (including area codes), date of birth, email address (optional); the name of Sweepstakes (as given above), and the following statement: "I acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to the Sweepstakes Official Rules and Regulations" on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail such paper in a sealed envelope with proper postage affixed to: Metro National Attn: Staycation Sweepstakes, 945 Bunker Hill, Suite 400, Houston, Texas 77024. Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries are void. Sponsor will use email addresses provided via mail-ins for prize notification purposes only. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the close of the Entry Period and received by Sponsor by July 22, 2024 to be eligible. Mail-in entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

7. Prize Restrictions: Hotel stay is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. Advance reservations are required.
Restaurant meals are subject to availability and may be limited to specific menus or times. Alcoholic beverages are not included.
Spa treatment appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
Shopping spree is limited to specific stores within Memorial City Mall, and gift card terms and conditions apply.
Transportation is provided within Memorial City only and must be arranged in advance with the hotel concierge.
8. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about July 31, 2024 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email or phone. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the first attempt to contact, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner in his/her place at random from the remaining eligible entries. If the winner is unable or unwilling to comply with the provisions of Paragraph 10 below, Sponsor may select an alternate winner in his/her place at random from the remaining eligible entries.
9. Consent and Data Privacy: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entrants’ information will not be used for other purposes without their consent. Participants have the right to request access to and correction of their personal information.
10. Tax Compliance: The winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. The Sponsor will issue a 1099 form to the winner for the value of the prize. The winner must provide a valid W-9 within three (3) business days of being notified of winning the prize. If the winner is unable or unwilling to provide a valid W-9 within three (3) business days of being notified, Sponsor may select an alternate winner in his/her place at random from the remaining eligible entries.
11. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
12. Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
13. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Texas. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Texas without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
